Research
Both my MS (University of Guelph) and PhD focused on how additional roughage in the diets of dairy and beef cattle affects their reticulorumen health and feeding behavior. I created several novel approaches to measuring how motivated feedlot cattle were to access hay during my time in the Tucker Lab.

I'm now a Postdoctoral Associate in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Calgary, where I'm using remote monitoring technologies to detect behaviours and health parameters in rangeland beef cattle.
